EnerGulf Director Resignation
Vancouver, B.C., March 1, 2016 – EnerGulf Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ENG, FSE: EKS) (“EnerGulf” or the “Company”). Robert Giustra will be resigning as a director of the Company effective as of March 3, 2016. Mr. Giustra joined EnerGulf as a director for an interim period, following the completion of its plan of arrangement merger with Columbus Copper Corporation, a company of which Mr. Giustra was a director. Five months into the merger, the transition of Columbus Copper’s assets and operations to EnerGulf is now complete and Mr. Giustra is resigning to focus his attention on other commitments.
EnerGulf is a publicly traded international oil and gas exploration company with property interests located in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Republic of Namibia and the Republic of Albania.
