James M. Askew President and Director Mr. Askew has approximately 20 years of experience in start ups, venture financing and strategic growth planning. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in the natural resource industry, both with mining and oil and gas enterprises and has been closely associated with the structuring and successful financing of numerous natural resource companies. He has served as an adviser, officer and/or director to both public and private companies in mining and oil and gas exploration, development and production. For the past decade, Mr. Askew has been primarily engaged as an oil and gas entrepreneur in the upstream petroleum exploration business.
